Equestrian Masia in Penedès with 8 stables

We’re delighted to present this magnificent Catalan “masia” dating from 1919, nestled in the heart of the Garraf Natural Park, in Sant Pere de Ribes, just 10 minutes from Sitges and the coast.
Surrounded by 10 hectares of private forest, gardens, and open land, it offers ample space for equestrian facilities — with stables for up to 8 horses and direct access to beautiful riding trails. A true countryside paradise within easy reach of the beach and international schools.

The property features a private water well and solar panels, ensuring a sustainable and independent lifestyle.
There’s also a 100 m² guest annex, currently used as a learning and equestrian centre for children, complete with a kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms.

Through an impressive wrought-iron entrance, you enter a spacious living room with a fireplace, which connects to a bright open area currently used as a communal space.
The industrial-style kitchen opens onto a courtyard with barbecue, perfectly blending indoor and outdoor living and offering expansive views over the valley. This level also includes a full bathroom and laundry area.

Upstairs you’ll find two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large master suite — all with large windows overlooking the garden and countryside.
An additional independent apartment offers open-plan living with a kitchen, shower room, and double bedroom, in keeping with the rustic charm of the main house — with stone and terracotta finishes and panoramic mountain views.

Most of the 10 hectares of land are flat, making it ideal for developing equestrian facilities, organic farming, or a family retreat.
Access is via an easy, flat country road, and the property includes riding arenas and stables, surrounded by forests and scenic trails — perfect for horse lovers.

Properties like this are extremely rare so close to Sitges — just 30 minutes from Barcelona.
A unique opportunity to enjoy peace, space, and Mediterranean lifestyle in an enchanting natural setting.
