Vineyard in Guardiola producing wine + olive oil

In the rolling countryside of Vilafranca del Penedès, where sun-drenched hills and centuries-old winemaking traditions meet, lies this exceptional 23-hectare estate. Located within the prestigious DO Penedès, this vineyard represents agricultural excellence, lifestyle appeal, and investment opportunity.

The Vineyard
Of the 23 hectares, 18 are fully planted with thriving, high-yield vines — including Pinot Noir, Macabeu, Garnatcha Blanca, and Parellada — yielding exceptional quality grapes, season after season. The land features a gentle, south-facing slope, guaranteeing ideal sun exposure for balanced ripening and vibrant flavor profiles.

Olive Oil and Virgin Land
Adding to its abundance, the property includes 45 century-old olive trees, currently in full production of premium olive oil — a perfect complement to the wine business. The remaining hectares of fertile virgin land offer space for future agricultural projects, boutique gardens, or expansions.

Optional Farmhouse and Winery
For those seeking to complete the dream, the estate offers the option of acquiring a traditional 18th-century farmhouse, a Catalan rural house from circa 1700, ready for restoration as a luxury residence, wine lodge, or agritourism destination. Featuring an impressive winery, all totaling over 1,800 m² of built space.

Lifestyle and Location
The Penedès region is renowned not only for its world-class cava and wines but also for its wine tourism, charming hotels, cycling routes, and vibrant gastronomic culture. This estate offers the perfect base for a wine-centric lifestyle brand, a retreat destination, or simply a beautiful life rooted in nature, tradition, and flavor.
