We present this beautiful detached house, surrounded by garden and cultivation area, located in a privileged natural environment. The property is accessed by a charming path that leads us to an oasis of peace and total disconnection, in the heart of the Penedès, ideal for nature and tranquility lovers.

This modern farmhouse combines the rustic spirit and connection with the environment of a traditional farmhouse, with the comfort and distribution of a contemporary home. The house is distributed over three floors:

Ground floor: large garage with capacity for three vehicles, pantry and laundry area with direct access to the garden.

First floor: cozy day area with summer dining room, winter dining room with fireplace and access to a large terrace with views, and a functional, bright kitchen with views of the garden.

Night area: 4 very spacious and bright bedrooms, and 2 complete bathrooms —one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Attic: very warm and versatile open space, ideal as an office, creative studio or private bedroom.

The original stoneware floors and noble wood windows provide charm and authenticity. Outside, we find a garden area and a charming guest house with dining room, kitchen and complete bathroom: perfect for receiving visitors or enjoying a corner of total disconnection.

The property also has two open-plan constructions in the upper part, formerly used as agricultural warehouses, today ideal for keeping animals, a workshop, cars or any use related to agricultural activity.
